Looking for a Date to Find Happiness

I'm 28 years old and searching: looking for a date. By now I've tried quite a lot to finally find my happiness, but so far, unfortunately, it hasn't worked out.
Want to know what sets me apart? The following points might be of particular interest to you:
- male, 28 years old
- athletic build
- fast car
- well dressed
- good income from a job in finance
- expensive apartment in a prime downtown location
- always faithful and never in a bad mood

Think that sounds like a good fit for you? Great! Then please get in touch and we can arrange something. I don't expect much from you. Just be as kind and open-minded as you can, because everything else will surely fall into place on its own. Have questions for me beforehand? No problem, I'm happy to answer them.
Looking for a date in a beautiful place
Our first date should of course take place somewhere completely neutral. Better safe than sorry, and that's why you should be able to feel secure, too. Do you know a nice restaurant that might be suitable for something like this? If not, I already have an idea. I'm not stubborn at all, and you're always welcome to share your opinion. That goes for choosing the place, too. After all, we both have to like it there. The first date is especially important to me, because a lot builds on it. Do you see it somewhat the way I do? Just let me know. On our first date we'll also have plenty of time to talk things over in peace.
Looking for a date for a long-term relationship

I also want to make something clear right away. I'm not looking for a date for a quick fling! I've been single for many years, and I'd like to end that chapter as soon as possible. Maybe you feel the same way? Perhaps you know all too well how uncomfortable a situation like that can be in the long run? Let's cut the cord of loneliness together. Single life really isn't a very good life in the long run, because it makes you lonely and brings plenty of despair with it. Have you ever thought about the financial side of a relationship? Please don't take that as shallow. But anyone who wants to live a decent life has to keep an eye on all the costs, too. Together you can split a lot of monthly expenses and so benefit in the long run. What do you think? I believe this aspect should definitely be part of our conversation, too. First, though, we should simply get to know each other in peace, with no time pressure.
