To begin with, everyone has a different picture of a perfect relationship; maybe there are points we agree on and others where we don't. But as a rule, anyone can have a good relationship.

Appreciation
I think appreciation is a perfect umbrella term, the basic building block of a relationship.
But what exactly is appreciation?
It covers several aspects, but first of all, that you value having your partner at your side and accept him or her just as they are. That shows you feel love for the other, because you accept a person as they are and love them exactly that way.
Having a relationship means you've found the right one. You should be able to imagine spending a whole lifetime with this person and still not wanting anyone else.
Having a good relationship also means recognizing the deeds and sacrifices your partner makes and being grateful for them. But you can't always just expect the other partner to keep making sacrifices in the relationship; that has to come from both sides, which brings us to the next point:

Having a relationship

Give and take to have a good relationship.

Every relationship should be give and take. You should keep reminding each other with small gestures how much you love each other. Both sides simply need to offer a compliment, an "I love you," a kiss or a favor now and then. It's important that you want to be of help to your partner voluntarily. The other person should notice that what you do or say is meant sincerely.
I always say that when you get a kiss or an "I love you" from your partner, it shouldn't be out of habit, but out of love. You should keep making it clear to yourself that this is what you want, that this is the partner you want.

Having a good relationship through trust

Having a relationship

In a relationship, the very, very most important thing is trust, from both sides. Lying is the worst thing you can do in a relationship.
Today it's getting easier and easier for "cheaters." Cheating already starts when you hide messages, pictures and so on. Social networks are used for cheating, for sending secret pictures and texts. That's really sad. If you've chosen a partner, why do something like that? Because you don't love them? Then you shouldn't be with them, and you should be honest, because being cheated on is the worst pain you can be dealt when you love someone.
I'd like to ask you: be honest! Stop writing to others and having fun with them! Talk to your partner, because he or she is always there for you, and talking can improve everything!
